John Farley

In December of 2010, three weeks before I retired from the USPS, I walked into the studios of WJJL to see if they needed any assistance from someone who loved the oldie's music format. One thing led to another and by March 2011, I was doing a 1 hour, weekly show and continued to do so until December 2019 when the station was sold to Bill Yuhnke.

I happily joined the staff at WEBR. I am truly living my dream. I have combined my love of "oldies" and passion for radio into a program that revisits the onset, and not always the innocence, of the era of "Good time, old-time Rock n' Roll."

So hop in and take "Solid Gold Memories" for a spin!

You'll enjoy the ride, I guarantee it!
