In December of 2010, three weeks before I retired from the USPS, I walked into the studios of WJJL to see if they needed any assistance from someone who loved the oldie's music format. One thing led to another and by March of 2011, I was doing a 1 hour, weekly show and continued to do so until December 2019 when the station was sold to Bill Yuhnke.

I happily joined the staff at WEBR. I am truly living my dream. I have combined my love of "oldies" and passion for radio into a program that revisits the onset, and not always the innocence, of the era of "Good time, old-time Rock n' Roll."
